Have you been planning to start a workout routine but haven’t been able to stick? Do you want to finally stick to your workout plan? Well, I got something just for you!

FitPlanner is an easy-to-use fitness planner that makes sticking to your workouts easy and simple.

How to use

  1. When you first open the app, you will be prompted to register. This is mainly for the app to know your name, height, and weight.
  2. Click on the “Workout” tap and create your first workout
  3. Add a workout name, days of the week, and a list of exercises you want to do. When you click “Add” your new workout is ready and you will be asked if you would like notifications.
  4. When you have a workout scheduled today, on the home screen, tap on “view” and follow your workout plan. Tap “Mark as Done” when you finish. The calendar on the home page will update marking down your activity.
  5. On the home screen of your iPhone, you can select a widget to display.
